If you are transitioning into another role or company and have a subscription you can transfer by following these steps:
The Team Manager can do this through the settings menu by simply clicking 'transfer ownership'.
If you want to transfer your paid subscription to another person you can go to settings and change the name and email address to their details. Please consider also setting a new password and updating the billing details/card on file.
There can only be one Chartmetric account per email address. You can delete an old account by navigating to the Settings menu.
