We are noticing some interruptions and trouble logging in for users with Safari. This is occurring as we are changing our domain from Chartmetric.io to Chartmetric.com 

First, try typing www.Chartmetric.com (instead of .io) in your web browser and logging in there, if this does not work please follow the steps below.

  • Use a different web browser, currently this is only affecting users in Safari.
  • Allow cookies for Chartmetric.io and Chartmetric.com (under privacy settings)
  • Uncheck 'prevent cross-site tracking’ for older versions of Safari. Since our front-end (chartmetric.io) is talking to (api.chartmetric.com) right now.
