Apple Music editorial playlists have multiple variations for different territories. When clicking 'refresh data' or 'refresh all territories' this will take longer as it pulls in the latest data for that playlist in each country.

E.g. a song could be added to their New Music Daily but only in some countries. We display countries and positions on the playlist for each country on the artists/track/album pages.
