If you're interested in generating reports for any artist, track, album, playlist, or curator profile you follow, navigate to our Reports Tab.
There are four options to generate reports depending on your needs. Let's look at each option together.
1. General Email Reports
These reports will send you a summary of changes in data for any profile you subscribe to on your Dashboard. The "Overview" reports give you updates on every single profile, while the "Insights" reports only give you the highlights for certain profiles that have seen significant changes in data within the past day/week.
You can decide to receive these reports on a daily or weekly basis. You can also deselect any profiles you don't want included in the reports. If you'd prefer to see track level data as opposed to artist level data, there's an option to select "track by track" reporting as well.
2. TikTok Email Reports
We understand the importance of seeing the top trending tracks on TikTok on a regular basis. For this reason, we have email reports tailored to this very objective. Enable TikTok email notifications to see daily, weekly, or monthly changes to top trending tracks on TikTok.
3. Intelligent Reports
Our Intelligent Reports enable you to receive email reports according to playlist adds and removals for any artist or track you follow on your Dashboard, along with notable changes in data for any artist filter preset you have saved within the Artist List.
4. Ad-Hoc Report
To run ad-hoc reports for any profile you follow on your Dashboard, select the "Ad-Hoc Report" tab, which will lead you to a page allowing you to select certain profiles, metrics, and the timeframe that you'd like to included in the report. Once you're done making your selections, you have the option to generate a downloadable web report, email report, and/or save the report as a template for future use.
