A response code of 404 means we were unable to find something in our system — it could be an artist, a track, a playlist, or another data type. It doesn’t mean something went wrong with the request.
Sometimes when new data is added into Chartmetric, it takes some time before it has propagated to all parts of our system, up to a max of 24 hours. If you are receiving a 404 for data that has been recently added, wait for a period of time and try again.
