A response code of 500 means an unexpected error has occurred on our server and we are unable to complete your request. Sometimes this may be due to a bug in our code, and other times it may be due to invalid input passed to our API endpoint that we failed to validate properly and is now causing the endpoint to fail.
We monitor our API logs actively and are usually aware of these errors as we try to fix these quickly. You are also welcome to contact our support team to notify us of the incident, and if you do so please include the full API endpoint called including all parameters and values used, so it is easier for our engineering team to replicate your issue.
