Currently, the best way is to check the CHANGELOG on our official API documentation. Modifications to our API (including additions and deprecations) are added here by date.

Deprecated items are usually announced early with a future deprecation date, with multiple months before any changes are actually made. This is to allow our API users ample time to move away from whatever data or feature is being deprecated. These will be marked accordingly in the documentation and mentioned in the CHANGELOG.
