As can be expected, some datasets are more complex than others, and the queries involved with generating these datasets will vary in the compute resources required, and some API endpoints by nature will take longer to execute.

Note that we do not support the use of our API in live applications or production environments. Our API is intended to be used to pull data into your own systems and infrastructure, which is where your own applications should connect to and use as you wish.

You may use our API within the rate limit of your API Subscription Plan, for non-realtime, non-production applications. Beyond that, our API is unable to support any additional third-party application workloads, as we have no way of estimating the amount of server load or usage your applications will generate, nor are we able to guarantee a certain response time.
