The Onesheet dashboard is your central hub for creating, organizing, and sharing Onesheets. Here's how to make the most of it:

  • Start Creation: Click on "Create" on the left side dropdown menu, then select "Create Sheet" to begin.

  • Search Artists: Enter the artist's name. If they have a Spotify profile, it will appear in the search results.

  • Limitation for Free Users: You can create a single sheet for free. Need more? Consider upgrading to Pro or Enterprise tiers for additional sheets and features. Check our pricing for more details.

  • Rearrange Onesheets: Click and drag Onesheets to reorder them as you like.

  • Choose Favorites: Click the heart icon next to each Onesheet you want to choose as a "Favorite," which will appear in the "Favorites" folder on the right side.
Save Templates: For any Onesheet that has a customized layout you wish to duplicate for other artists, save it as a "Template." These will appear in the "Templates" folder on the right side. Select "Create" in the top left corner, then choose "Create Template" to get started (limited to Enterprise users).

  • Use Folders: Create folders to categorize your Onesheets, keeping your dashboard tidy (limited to Enterprise users).

  • Options Menu: Click the three vertical dots next to an Onesheet for options:

    • Duplicate: Make a copy of an Onesheet.

    • Delete: Remove an Onesheet from your dashboard.

    • Privacy Settings: Set your Onesheet to private (for Pro & Enterprise users).

    • Generate PDF: Create a downloadable PDF version (for Pro & Enterprise users).

    • Rename: Change the Onesheet's name.

  • Sharing Onesheets: Click the "Share" button to get a public link. Share this with anyone who needs access to your Onesheet.

  • Recovery Period: Deleted Onesheets go to the "Trash" folder, where they stay for 30 days. During this period, you can restore them if needed.
