Overview

Onesheet serves as a dynamic platform that brings artist statistics and information into a single, visually appealing presentation. Thanks to its integration with Chartmetric, your Onesheet automatically fills with a wealth of artist data upon creation. However, the true power of Onesheet lies in its customizability. This guide will walk you through personalizing your Onesheet to perfectly reflect your or your artist's brand and essence.

Upon entering your Onesheet, you'll notice it comes pre-populated with various artist statistics and information, such as profile images, bios, top stats across platforms, and standout social media posts. But that's just the beginning. Every element you see can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Editing Your Onesheet

Customizing your Onesheet is straightforward. Here's how you can begin making it truly yours:

  • Hover Over Sections: Simply hover over any section you wish to edit. This action will reveal editing options for that particular section.

  • Use the Sidebar: For more comprehensive customization options, open the lefthand sidebar. This sidebar allows you to navigate through different sections of your Onesheet for in-depth editing.

What Can You Customize?

Your Onesheet is fully customizable, down to the smallest detail. Here are examples of sections you can personalize:

  • Header: Add custom text to create impactful headlines.

  • Bio & Socials: Update your artist bio and link social media accounts.

  • Spotlight Release: Promote new or unreleased music with embedded tracks.

  • Chartmetric Indicators: Choose which stats are most compelling for your audience.

  • Audience Insights: Display your audience demographics across different platforms.

  • Social Media Audiences: Customize which social media audiences to display, including Instagram and YouTube.

  • YouTube Videos: Choose which YouTube videos to feature.

  • Press: Highlight notable press mentions or articles.

  • Featured Playlists: Show off playlists that feature your music.

  • Tour Dates: List your upcoming or past tour dates using SongKick Data.

  • Gallery: Create a visual gallery of images.

  • Social Media Posts: Feature standout Instagram and TikTok posts.

  • Contact Information: Make it easy for fans and industry contacts to reach you (available only to Pro and Enterprise users).

Saving Your Changes

After you've finished editing:

  • Click Save: Look for the save button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click it to save your modifications. Your changes will immediately reflect on your Onesheet. If your Onesheet link has been shared previously, all updates will automatically appear for those accessing the link again.

Conclusion

Customizing your Onesheet isn't just about updating information; it's about creating a unique and compelling story that resonates with your audience. With the flexibility to edit virtually every aspect of your Onesheet, you can ensure that your artist profile stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
