Track changes in playlist adds/removals, chart positions, and social stats for selected artists, albums, or tracks automatically. Customize delivery frequency and share with your team for consistent updates.

The Overview Reports tab lets you track key performance data for selected artists, tracks, or albums. You can choose which fan metrics to monitor (like Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, and more), track playlist activity across platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, and follow chart performance on services including Spotify, Apple Music, and Shazam. Additional activity, like TikTok trends or AirPlay, can also be included. Reports can be delivered daily or weekly, in a consolidated format or broken out by artist, track, or album, and can easily be shared by CC’ing or BCC’ing team members.

You can use this to stay on top of an artist’s performance during a release campaign by tracking growth in social followers, playlist adds, and chart positions across platforms. For example, if an artist that you follow's new single starts trending on TikTok or enters the Top 100 on Apple Music, you'll see it reflected in the weekly report, making it easier to adjust marketing strategies or flag momentum to partners in real time.
