Shortlists let you group artists or tracks you care about into a single, reusable table so you can track performance in one place. You can create shortlists from the Artist List, Track List, or directly from your Dashboard, and revisit them anytime to quickly analyze the selections that matter most.
You can create a shortlist in several places across the platform. From the Home page, you can review updates on your followed artists and add them directly to a shortlist as activity appears, making it easy to organize artists you want to track more closely.
You can also create a shortlist by opening the Shortlists tab from the left-hand sidebar and clicking the plus (+) icon, or by selecting the plus (+) icon on an artist profile, track profile, Artist List, or Track List and choosing a new or existing shortlist.
With a shortlist, you can compare multiple artists or tracks side by side across key metrics like audience growth, playlist activity, and streaming performance. You can also switch to cumulative views to understand how an entire group is performing overall, making it easier to spot broader trends without jumping between individual pages.
Shortlists are designed for both individual analysis and collaboration. On team accounts, shortlists can be shared with teammates, allowing everyone to view the same data, align on insights, and stay updated. They’re commonly used for talent scouting, monitoring releases, tracking competitors, or keeping a close eye on priority artists or tracks.
