Step 1 - Visit the signup page at https://app.chartmetric.com/signup
Step 2 - Sign up using your email address, or sign up with your Google, Apple or Facebook login details.
Step 3 - One you have completed this form a verification email will be send to your email address. If you signed up with Apple, Google or Facebook it will be sent to the email address associated with that account. Please check your spam/other folders if you can't see the email within 15 minutes.
Step 4 - Choose a plan. We have two plans for you to choose from, if you are an individual artist just wanted to see your own data, the artist plan may be sufficient for your needs. If you are wanting to see data on all artists and all platforms Chartmetric monitors then premium would be the best solution for you.

Whichever plan you choose, you will receive a 7 day trial to get you started.
Step 5 - Add your credit card. This will allow you to have a full trial of whichever plan you choose. Once the seven day trial ends you will automatically be billed for monthly or annual access depending on what you chose on the previous screen.
You can cancel at any time during the 7 days and you can also cancel your subscription at any time in the future, there are no lock in contracts with Chartmetric.
Step 6 - Start using your Chartmetric account. We will send you a series of messages throughout your trial to highlight specific features and get you comfortable navigating your account.
