To keep our system running efficiently for all our users across all our services, we have various rate limits in place. This reduces the impact of data usage spikes in one customer account from negatively affecting other customers’ accounts.

We reserve the right to additionally throttle rate limits from time to time in order to minimize issues for you and other customers, and to protect our system.
