In this case, it isn’t about the size of a city or its total number of fans - instead, this captures the “interest” you generate within a given city’s population. Note that Artist-to-City affinity is dynamically calculated based upon an artist’s career stage - as you progress in your career, the definition of a “strong affinity” scales with you.
