If you're noticing missing data for a social or streaming profile within your Onesheet, it's possible that we haven't added the associated profiles to our database yet.

We track millions of artists on our platform, but occasionally, certain profiles might slip through the cracks. Please reach out via the chat bubble and send us links to any platforms that are missing from your artist's Onesheet. We'll be happy to add them for you. Please include a Spotify profile link to ensure we're updating the correct artist's data. Once the missing platform links are sent to us, their metrics should be displayed on Onesheet within 48 hours.
