In our continuous effort to improve your experience and help you keep your Onesheet dashboard organized, we've introduced a feature that allows for easier management of your Onesheets: the "Recently Deleted" folder. This feature is designed to give you a safety net for any accidental deletions or if you change your mind about deleting a Onesheet. Here's how it works:
Deleting Onesheets
When you decide that a Onesheet is no longer needed, you can easily delete it to keep your dashboard clutter-free.
To delete a Onesheet:
1. Navigate to the Onesheet you wish to delete.
2. Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) located next to the Onesheet's name.
3. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
The "Recently Deleted" Folder
Once a Onesheet is deleted, it doesn't immediately disappear forever. Instead, it moves to the "Recently Deleted" folder. Here are some key points about this folder:
Duration:
Onesheets in the "Recently Deleted" folder are kept for 30 days. This 30-day grace period is designed to give you ample time to recover any Onesheet you may have deleted accidentally or wish to restore.
Accessibility:
Onesheets in the "Recently Deleted" folder are not accessible via their URLs. This means that any links previously shared or embedded will no longer work, ensuring privacy and security for your deleted content.
Recovering Deleted Onesheets:
If you need to recover a Onesheet that you've deleted, you can easily do so within the 30-day timeframe.
Here's How:
1. Go to the "Recently Deleted" folder on your dashboard.
2. Find the Onesheet you wish to recover.
3. Select the option to "Restore" the Onesheet.
Upon restoration, the Onesheet will be accessible again on your dashboard and through any previously shared URLs, making it seamless for you to continue your work.
Permanent Deletion
It's important to note that after 30 days in the "Recently Deleted" folder, Onesheets will be permanently deleted. This means that they cannot be recovered or accessed in any form. We recommend reviewing your "Recently Deleted" folder periodically to ensure that no important Onesheets are lost permanently.
