Why has my account been suspended?

To keep our system running efficiently for all our users across all our services, we have various security rules in place to protect our systems. These include detection for excessive usage, suspicious/malicious usage, unauthorized endpoints requested, and other rules.

When an account is detected with suspect activity patterns, the account may be blocked and an email sent to the registered email address to notify the user of the suspension.

For Chartmetric API users, sometimes these activity patterns are accidentally triggered through coding bugs or honest mistakes while learning to use our API. For Chartmetric Dashboard users, sometimes this occurs if you have too many tabs open simultaneously loading dashboard pages.

If you feel this suspension was in error, please contact us to remove the suspension by emailing [email protected].
